Message: I delivered Kubota equipment here today from Georgia. As I walked through the door, I was greeted immediately by almost every individual working inside. They pointed me to the office in the back to make my delivery process as quick and efficient as possible. A gentleman name Greg unloaded me. As a driver, this was very welcoming. I even purchased windshield washer fluid here since I utilized mine in the snow along my way. Great people here in this small town of Brookville, IN.

Message: Bought an SVL a few years ago and been a great experience, had an issue with it once and they got me going in a relatively short time. Very good mechanic and even offered a machine to use for the day if it was needed to finish at a fair rate since it was still under warranty. Need a skid steer or excavator check them out first.

My son had problems with his new Kabota zero turn mower after it left your service department, he called Brent (your service manager) at or near closing time and he immediately dispatched his service technician to my son's house to make the repair. No where else can you get service like that, not from any big box store that's for sure. Please except my appolagies for my negative response. I have spoken to you before and you have been more than understanding you gave me the impression you really care about your customers and I honestly feel you do. My son and I will continue to shop at Zimmer and we will highly recommend your company to everyone we know.
