Message: When I called the Wallen Road store for help finding a parking brake part, I made an error with the automobile identification. When the part could not be identified, the phone person remained very courteous. Later, after I realized my mistake, I identified the part on Autozone website. It was not in stock at the store, so I bought and picked it up at a competitor.

Message: This store could have used a couple more employees without a doubt. I stopped in to grab some brakes fluid quickly. Well the product was easy to find I had it in my hands with 2 minutes of enterering the store. Now actually paying for the product was a different story. Location was very understaffed it took me a little over 10 minutes to finally get an employee to check me out.

The employees go out of their way to research and help. They are always willing to install wipers, batteries or run a diagnostic no matter the weather.
