Message: I had a problem with my 96 Honda Accord. The AC wasn't working. Bob used a stethoscope to diagnose noises. He felt he had it right (almost always does! ), but when the part came and was replaced, it was an incorrect diagnosis. He put in the correct part and would not allow me to pay him for the wrong part, as he said it was his error. If they gave a PhD in auto mechanics, Bob would be one of the first recipients.

Message: I now live in Nappanee, IN and just paid my ins. co. extra for a two to Topeka to North Side 66. I have had nobody work on my car since I first took it there while living in Topeka over 6 yrs. ago! The workmanship is excellent, prices are fantastic, and most importantly, the owner told me and I quote, "I am a Christian and when I lay my head on the pillow at night, I want to know I treated my customers with the best I can do for them". Thankful for the business...
